On March 19, 2020, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Corvus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Corvus” or the “Company”), approved, on recommendation of the Compensation Committee of the Board, stock option awards for all of the Company’s directors, excluding Richard A. Miller, M.D. The stock option awards to each of the directors were granted effective as of the close of business on March 19, 2020 with an exercise price equal to the closing price of the Company’s common stock as reported on The Nasdaq Global Market on the date of grant. The awards were made pursuant to the Company’s 2016 Equity Incentive Award Plan and will vest on the one year anniversary of the date of the grant, subject to continued service as of the vesting date.
